Our opening week of KidShip fought a cold front that passed through. Monday – no wind, Tuesday – perfect, Wednesday – too much wind (gusts over 30 knots), Thursday – windy but sailable and Friday was a summary for the whole week – light wind early, then no wind, and finally, a thunderstorm with 25+ knots. Despite spending a day and half on land the sailors and the instructors both had a great time. Here are some shots from the opening week:
